I doubt anyone would trust this guy with postpayment, as he is sure to be one of those who reneges on the deal after the fact when it only takes 5 minutes lol.
I get a lack of trust sometimes, since with the drug addicted you never know what trip they'll be on or what horrors they've lived through. Usually, though, they're jonseing for their next toke or fix, so a quick 5 minutes of BJ, kissing, or hugging sounds like just what the doc ordered. Even if they insist on prepayment the first time, they'll likely let it go after that.
