I was interested too, until I saw the same phone on CL under the name of Samantha, and different picture from EC. Made me think twice.

Cindy has been around for years ... ads on EC mostly.
She had some poor ratings because of rushing sessions, having restrictions stated once the session started.
She was not as slim as advertised at that time, but very pretty face. a hint of philipino in her looks.
Not sure what she is like now but seeing her once was enough a couple of years ago.
Need someone to review that has seen her lately.

She has listed herself on the do not review section on cerb. Is it a privacy thing or is she afraid of the possible not so stellar review, even though you can't say anything negative on cerb. It's enough to raise a question in my mind and choose to let this one pass.

I think it go like this. If you review is in her favor it's look to post, however if it's a negative review then your not allowed to review her. That's why I don't like cerb. It's all about candy coating your review so you don't get the boot.

You are correct. I made the mistake of making an honest, non-positive comment about an SP and was banned.

Isn't it the exact same thing here though? If you posted a negative review on an SP who is a PAID ADVERTISER of PERB, could you not also face banishment? The other board is free for Sps to advertise and there's no negative reviews allowed at all, to protect every SP. PERB charges for advertising and will only protect those who've paid them for advertising space. So if you post a negative review here, make sure the SP isn't paying for advertising. I'm just sayin'.

You are incorrect. Negative reviews that are not an attack are completely acceptable. If you research the reviews you will see that there are many reviews that are critical. What is not allowed is an attack against an SP or anyone else (when brought to the attention of a Mod, such a post could result in a ban), or if a review is posted of an SP who has requested not to be reviewed, that review would be deleted. Paid advertisers can only do one thing that non advertisers cannot do, that is advertise. Paid advertisers have also been banned for innapropriate behaviour and comments
