It is slightly noticable to me as i am a regular client (and have a strong preference in natural look) but she's still the sweet sexy beautiful girl that i love and will continue seeing.

Probably the most confusing thread I've read in a while. Did she get a nose job, or did she get liposuction done, and is this even public information, or is this some evil way to get such info out.
