My Benz needs an oil change. Anyone know of a good place? I don't mind the dealer but they charge a lot for this type of think. TIA! *batting eyes*

One more thing..my car is an AMG, so it should be a garage with experience with high end, high performance exotic cars. *rawr*

There are a few places.

Having owned a few BMW's, Porches, and Mercedes I find the dealer to be outrageous a lot of the time. One place I found that does good work and is more affordable than the dealership is Karmac at 17304 Stony Plain Rd. They specialize in German cars. You can check out their website www.karmacauto.com. I will be taking my new BMW baby to them when it gets here (Just picked up a 850 I with the 5.0L V12).

No kidding. I haven't had problems with it but there are little things that annoy me. But I definitely am not going to kick it to the curb, lol!

?

Know your role and can't put gas in your own car?? Think your shit don't stink?? Bet you'd start crying if your P.O.S. Benz broke down in a non-cell coverred area, or heaven forbid, you got a flat tire. I'd hate to see the predicament you'd be in...

Changing oil in a car is pretty simple, really. . .

no need for high priced garages for high performance cars . . . open the oil drain plug, drain the old oil, replace the oil filter with a new one, put the plug back and tighten, fill with new oil and check level - start the car and warm up for a few minutes and check for leaks - done!

What is even funnier is when you see them stalled at an intersection with their hood up and sitting on the side of the road talking on their cell phone either calling a tow truck or trying to explain why they are late to where they are going. lol
