Well if you are not a Registered Massage Therapist (Certified RMT), expect men to ask for blowjobs, rimjobs and full service. You will probally advertise on Leolist/local paper. Without that certification, you might as well be an SP.

I would assume it takes a business licence, a brick and mortar location, and employees, like any other retail/service endeavour.

I think that the hardest part is finding the right ladies for the business. They can make or break the business for sure. You would also need to provide a safe environment for them.

It would be like any business (well different in a lot of ways), but there’s going to risk involved. You’d need to purchase, rent or lease a space. Preferably a more discreet location...maybe? Big issue would be perhaps dealing with neighbouring businesses that may not want you there. I’m sure the neighbours at all these places especially the full service shops know exactly what’s going on. I’m sure people like Sara at Tiger deal with plenty of harassment.
Then there’s finding the right girls.

Seems majority of these places are run by women, exception being Reach massage.

Yes I have thought about opening a Massage Parlour in Vancouver. It was a brilliant idea and my start up costs would have been the equipment purchase and the rent. Zero labour costs. I thought about this new enterprise for a while until a Seinfeld episode rerun clued me into how I came up with the idea.
