I think this is a more common problem in this generation than the last because of access to high speed internet porn. I used to be a regular porn watcher. I couldn't jerk off without it. And I used to watch it at least 3 times a week.

Then later on I found out that I couldn't enjoy actual sex the same way I could enjoy porn. Just wasn't thrilling enough and I couldn't stay hard. So I stopped watching porn completely and after a few months, I felt more normal again and was able to maintain erections. I was able to get more turned on as well. But the thing is, I miss porn lol. Recently I started watching it again, but the positive effects of going off porn seem to have weakened. Keep in mind that this is not an addiction. It's just watching porn for years on end and finding it hard to get aroused.

Any other pooners have this problem? What did you do to fix it and how long did it take? Also are there any providers who specialize in this particular problem?

I'd say an addiction is when it interferes with daily life. Not the case at all, I just watch it as a hobby. Maybe dependence? I used to be able to fantasize on imagination earlier but that's impossible now.

It's basically sensory overload - 150 years ago, the most pussy most men had ever seen in a lifetime was likely less than 5. But now it's exponentially higher.

There's a whole movement in North America called the nofap movement. Basically composed of guys (mostly aged 15-30) with a huge porn addiction and they all attempt 90+ day porn/masturbation fasts to get off the addiction & restore sensation.

Give it a shot. Look up "how to break a bad habit" on youtube for techniques.

I was the complete opposite. Watching porn made me even more horny, hard, and excited during sex with a girl. Now porn doesn't satisfy me anymore lol.
