Yep. 2 weeks of intermittent fatigue, sore throat, evolving into a mild upper respiratory infection. COVID tests were all negative. I thought I got it from a SW, but that seems unlikely in retrospect. This was milder than COVID, but “nasty” because the symptoms just persisted. There weren’t any helpful meds. Glad it’s over. Back to pooning soon!

Feels like I am getting a cold now , could be the drastic weather change 30-degree drop in temp .

Yup. Running through the house. I had it about for about three weeks and still am having lots of headaches . My kid has had it far more intensely but for a shorter period of time. He had a nasty sinus infection that produced the grossest snot I've seen in my life.

Many different types of vitamins, lots of fruits, healthy foods, stay hydrated and drink warm / hot mixture of honey, ginger and lemon juice ( from the fruit) nightly. All this plus regular moderate exercise. Your going to find what works for you, but personally, all this helps me on a grand scale.

Almost at the end of summer now

Actually 2 colds, could be a different variant of covid, but more likely the flu/cold because the last 25 years or so the flu has been stretching itself out.....

I'm just getting over a bad case of strep. My doctor said it was the worst case he's ever seen. He gave me antibiotics right in the office and said if it didn't pop in a couple day's that I would be going into emergency to get it lanced and drained. Luckily it popped the next day and a puke load of puss came out,talk about instant relief! I didn't eat or drink for 5 days and lost 18 lbs.

I got strep in 2018 i guess, attacked my spine , lungs and heard eventually. The drugs (penicillin i think) cleared up the spine and lungs but had to have open heart surgery to replace a valve. Brutal, be careful.
