I don't follow or know much about politics. I just like his attitude. I've seen a lot of Trump bashing posts here on Perb so just wanna see who else likes him.

Yes, I like him because it’s the first time since JFK that there is a president (love him or hate him) that is not controlled by anyone.

I actually have more faith in Trump handling the job, than Biden.
I understand your perspective that Trump vs. Biden may give 45 an edge (good edge/bad edge has been debated ad nauseam), the biggest difference is that Trump doesn't listen to experts (on any subject) or even has a passing interest in Governing...if whatever agenda lines his pocket or somehow solidifies his followers, then he's all for it. The decisions on the environment (rolling-back any/all EPA rules/restrictions that inhibit making money and placing wholly unqualified grifter to run it is just one example), our education system (DeVos has zero experience and no interest in public education) is laughable, the economy only works for the rich, (similar to our healthcare). His cabinet consists of 'only the best', many of whom can't pass Senate Confirmation due to a myriad of reasons...hence the 'acting' part. The sheer volume of fucked-upedness is exhausting to the point where we're not calling him out on everything because there's not enough hours/ink/air. Do I need to go on?

Biden doesn't exhibit the narcissistic ego-mania that prevents him from listening to experienced experts in their field to adequately make decisions...this difference cannot be more clear.

I guarantee you that Biden won’t be the candidate. He’ll get eaten alive by Trump because half the time he doesn’t know where he is, the other half he wished he was somewhere else. It will more than likely be Michelle Obama, after Biden steps down for health reasons. (Dementia)

I love it. Michelle Obama as President. There may be hope yet.

Trump isn't perfect, but he is a LOT better than anyone the democrats have to put in as their leader. Trump will easily win again this fall!

Bernie Sanders would have been the person in 2016 and 2020

That's vague.

The person for what ???

That old geezer is ten years older than Ronald Reagan was when he took office.

He was too dumb to even get into the race at the same time as the others in 2016.

He was later shouted off a stage by a bunch of morons and he couldn't even assert himself to take control of his own rally.

And you want an ass like that to stand up for this continent?

Yes, a friend I have in the States was never a fan, but after the "disinfectant" comment on Thursday and that inspired comeback the next day, he can hardly wait to vote for Trump in November.

I'm not saying this to be funny: Bernie Sanders is 78, and Joe Biden is 77. They could both realistically die in office. Add 8 to those numbers (two terms).

Had Bernie been younger, his SMARTS make him seem more presidential.

Barack Obama was once in a lifetime. He (and Michelle) are SO intelligent, I KNEW that Obama would win, both times.

I can't believe that at least Rubio or Cruz couldn't beat out Trump in 2016.

It is said that the voting in of Trump, was supporting "anti-establishment."

You're right, those guys are way too old. Minimum age to run for president is 35; they should also have a cap at 60 .

Here is a balanced editorial from across the pond about Trump:

JD
2 things on his list though

passing the stimulus bill

and

cutting funding from the incompetent almost criminal/corrupt WHO actions in regard to the Covid/China

don't see how the first one being relevant to his incompetence

doesn't Congress pass spending bills first, so he passed it, like it would have been smart not to, even if it wasn't big enough like the guys claims?

the second one, the WHO, another corrupt UN body

I don't have a problem with that one, not with it's performance so far

let China replace the 400+million

the whole world should be going after China for the debt we're going to incur

the rest of the world should bitch slap them down economically over this, until they pay the bill, every other country, no exceptions

Where were his "smarts" when he planned a political rally, and didn't think to... y'know... actually have a political rally??

And if indeed he didn't plan... then that isn't very SMART, is it?

Stupid people like will Trump because he thinks and talks on their level, they can relate to each other. A Trump supporter is more likely to be uneducated and borderline illiterate. They like that he has a limited vocabulary and doesn't use "big" words they might have trouble understanding.

Or maybe they like him because he tells it as it is and isn't afraid to be "un-politically" correct. No different that people on here cutting other posters down when they state opinions. Only difference is, everyone here is hidden, whereas, he's visible in the flesh.
Like they say.... There is a market for everyone, but we here, are just watching from the stands. Just an opinion that wont change anything. Its just conversation. I'm neither left or right but my opinion is.... I say he takes office again this coming November. Again... Just my opinion.
