Do what I do. Catch the ferry to Departure Bay and then catch the 250 or 257 bus that goes to DT. Insted or waiting for them to come you can go to them. It's an extra $30 but well worth it at the end of the day. Also very time consuming but again well worth it at the end of the day. You can use the online trip planner and find out what to catch, the skytrains and what other buses to catch if they are else where in Vancouver. Very helpful. It tells you the fastest way to get there and what bus/skytrain to catch etc.
And if you do this you can visit their dougens that they have. Give you a beatin that you need.
