thanks 4 the pics ...now i remember the first one i had was Oroshi and wasnt all that good. The 2nd one i had was a Beef Terimayo which was alot better.

JapaDogs are good but personally, I question if they are worth the 20 to 30 minute lineups. That said, I do hope their new Robson store succeeds... especially when one is paying approx. Twelve Thousand Dollars A MONTH for rent. That's a heck of a lot of pooning money. : )

Our very own homegrown success story, Japadog, just recently added Facebook Billionaire Mark Zuckerberg to its list of hotdog lovers. Even if he's the reason why SF and Silicon Valley is in that Top 10 Worst Dressed List, he's still has more than 500 Million friends and worth almost $ 17 Billion. When you visit LA, Pink's Hotdog is a must, in Vancouver its our good old Japadog. :thumb:

I quite like em. A nice snack for when I'm downtown. to be honest though, I prefer the street carts- the little cafe-esque location out by robson is waaaay too friggin crowded. Used to have a really cute girl manning the street cart out by scotiabank theatre. Didn't really speak english well but was still cute.
They are about the same price as other hot dogs- more variety in asian toppings is what makes me drool for them. That and the meat. Other hot dog stands just give you the plain old stuff. Nothing mouth-watering bout that lol.

How much a month do u spend on pooning? Yet you walk by japadog everyday and can't be bothered to spend 5 bux?
Zuckerberg was back in Vancouver again last month. All I can say is something is cookin' and its not just Japadogs. Those Bentley's in Burrard surely look good.
