it would be nice to think this is really the case, but I doubt it. In the instance here the advert has been linked to a particular individual as being genuine, and my read of the discussions suggest she probably is doing this of her own free will.
I don't know how widespread this is or whether there is B&S involved in some/many of the cases. I don't know how many of these ladies are doing it against their free will.
What I do know is that we shouldn't assume that everyone has the same understanding, knowledge and appreciation of the risks that we do, or think about it in the same light as many contributors here. It would be a foolish assumption to make. And so, take the adverts and subtle suggestions at face value and be aware and informed.
There are some phrases that are rather ambiguous (such as 'open minded'), that would lead me to be cautious, but also lead me to suspect it might be more widespread than many of us realize.
