The reason I ask is because I see plenty of homely, out of shape girls whom I'd love to get with. Girls who obviously don't work out or have the best genetics but are still doable. Like in the 4-5 range.

Absolutely. Look on the Erslist or Backpage ads for cheap, desperate, unattractive sps, and ask them their rates for car dates. Or just walk around the druggie stroll and look for a really desperate one.

hey ....i personally think its a GREAT idea! just the other day i was thinking that sps should charge unattractive out of shape pooners double, but then i find all shapes and sizes beautiful so i decided that cheapass , disrespectful, clueless morons should pay double.....
