since you are a newbie, and this is your first post, I'll be nice.
in the upper right of any page on this board, there is a button labelled "search." hit it. type in the name of the SP you want intel on. select which forum you want to search (e.g. if she's Vancouver based, Vancouver Reviews would be a good start). start your search, review your results. if you get nothing useful, post your question in the "411" and state that you did a search and what the results were.
also, for future reference, read the "Newbie Guide" post in the "Lounge" section, it will tell you everything about how the board works.
at least your question had lots of information to identify the SP.....
