I've heard from local guys in both towns and from many temp workers there (lots of construction crews, out of town businessmen, etc) that there are no SPs in either Pemberton or Squamish. Bringing SPs in from Whistler or Vancouver is very expensive and many SPs won't travel outside Whistler or Vancouver or simply don't need the business. Are there any SPs in either place willing to make their presence known? Maybe it's not allowed to ask about this this way on this list but I've been asked by guys (and couples) in both places about where to go and what to do. Seems like a business opportunity might be at hand. Maybe someone might like to advertise here on PERB. Any opinions? Thoughts? Possibly someone knows why it cannot be done. I know smaller municipalities can be difficult places for SPs to carry on business. I'm bringing it up because it's come up many times in conversation when I've been visiting in either place.
