Get a "notes" app on your phone.
Every time I need to go out, I just check my "excuses" notes that I made.
From there I can choose from 25 good excuses to use to get out.
You can do the same. Just think of 5 or 10 reasons that would work good.
1. Home Depot was out of the product I need so I have to go to Garden city.
2. There is some good Filipino food out in Garden city area I will go and pick some up.
3. Going to shooters driving range out on Inkster.
4. Ordered a small part for my car looks like it's only available at the partsource out in Garden city.
Hint: order the part from Garden city intentionally 😜
Etc etc
That way when it's time to go, just check your list and choose one of them.
