No matter what you do for abs, you have to be really lean in the midsection in order for them to show.

I find dancing the best exercise for developing abs. It’s like thousands of standing crunches. Whenever you need to lift your leg, you’re actually contracting your core to initiate the movement, because legs move too slowly on their own.
