Any recent Cookie or Rain experience?

I see that Cookie and Rain have now moved to Metrotown, according to CL.

Both had great reviews from last year and early this year, and I had a great time with Rain myself.

Just wondering if anyone has been with them recently? Are they providing the same level of service as in past times, especially Cookie? I read in a review last month that she may be playing more of the Mamasan role herself, and also a warning of a possible B&S with someone wanting to see her.

Cookie & Rain

They are now located in an older building just past Metrotown. Place is not as nice as in Richmond but the service has not changed. Ad is on CL.
I am not sure what is up the the B&S at Cookie's old place in Richmond. It does not seem to be her style of doing things.
