Any Micros on Fraser or victoria street like good old days?

For those that remember, there were a few asian micros on fraser street, one by fraser and 41 and another on fraser and 25. Raunchy as hell. Then there was one on Victoria and 43...old wooden place where lots of memories were had.
Now everything is upscale in new condos. Any trashy places like the joyce street hangout, where its raunchy as heck and theres a gaggle of ladies?

Xanadu on Victoria is pretty raunchy, but not too many girls there at once. Lotus across the street isn't as raunchy but definitely not upscale. New ads look interesting, too.
Side note, what's the Joyce place you mentioned?

The joyce street place was a.double micro apartment across the community policing station ironically enough. Has been boarded up due to a crime spree that was in the papers not long ago.

Closest thing I can think of is Linda's 1106 by metrotown. There was another micro a few doors down from Lindas that used to be shared with the Joyce Street location. The girls would rotate between the two places. That unit stopped operating after the Joyce Street location closed but Linda's is still there.
