I may be wrong but...
I think Langley has some major restrictions when it comes to massage parlours in that they don't allow any.
Cloverdale has one, but, it is a dive that I had the displeasure of wasting my money in once.

Try Serenity near 152nd and Fraser Hwy, and Expert Bodycare at Scott Rd and 88th.

Langley used to have Shangri-La but they lost their grandfathered zoning and got shoved to lovely Cloverdale.
