Haha I don't want to die. I don't see any red flags and the ad has been up for a long time. Just a bad feeling.

I been seeing there ads for some time. they post on thursday night, friday, usally after 8pm. the place is an apartment around gateway and 108 area near a senior housing building. I just texed them and they promptly gave me some info. I didnt go for.
