I recently discovered that a lot of protestors would hold clear white signs so when their photos are taken they can basically be protestoring anything.
I'm assuming whoever takes these photos does the same. It's probably easier to make a sign, take a photo in similar poses, and adjust the lighting to make it seem authentic. Or in this case photoshoot LL sign onto a tablet that's turned off.
