Two ads with two different names at the same time is usually a red flag.

Different names on different sites can also be a method for marketers to determine where their business is coming from.

Have you every seen an ad on TV, and it tells you to call "Nancy", or whatever, at a given number? That is so the advertiser knows where you saw the ad.

Don't read too much into multiple names.
