Maybe the specific ad goes away and is replaced by a Leolist ad with a different URL. Or it's not on Leolist, but on a different site such as Tryst
Here is a specific example. There's a tantra provider named Jules. At the moment she has no ad on Leolist. By searching for her on Perb, I find this 411 post with the digits 8649.

In addition to ads, Leolist also has a directory. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to provide a way to search by name but you can scroll through all the pages. Eventually, you'll find this entry for Jules that includes the full number
