The lack of mutual trust and follow through are the main impediments. The simplest thing is to have a SP who has a partner for duos. It is challenging to arrange for two clients with one SP. Rarely will a SP agree to be alone with 2 strangers. So do all parties have previous contact? If not, then at minimum, one client is vouching for the other. There is a high risk of no shows. So there must be, in this case, clear provision for any extra fees payable. A good solution is that the new Client make the booking and prepay a sufficient deposit.
