Can you guys give me your opinions on what you think? about the job, the girls etc?

I was working for 2 agencies and man they were dead? I have a f/t job pays well want to earn some more money on the side, but really you just break even considering gas prices?

And the BS at the agencies with driver seniority and them waiting like vultures for drives? they should just go down a list so things are even? whos going to keep working for a agency when the calls mostly go to the senior guys?

Ohhh also why are all the senior guys banging all the poon? whats up with that? do they even take cash?

When I started the agency said they planned on canning all the senior guys cause they were fucking up the girls, with drugs, free poon, etc etc

I think I'd rather work for a set list of indepandants?

1. Which agencies are best to work for in Vancouver?

2. Why are most drivers weird or socially inept?

3. Why do agencies hire alot of drivers when they really only need 3-4? the new guys dont even get calls?

4. Agencies want newer nice vehicles but dont want to pay higher rates with gas going up....who's gonna drive then?

5. On a Friday I only got called 2x's??? which are the top agencies?? for bookings

most drivers are weird because they are actually broke pooners trying to score for free.
keep it professional and respectful, and the ladies will continue to hire you.

I have had better luck driving indy girls, because of the seniority thing at agencies it takes a long time for the business to come around. Problem with Indy girls is you will get lots of junkies, who seem cool on the phone but turn sketchy later on. Be selective about who you deal with, even if you need the $, some girls are just too risky.

the senority thing is brutal...how are newbies gonna break in if they dont get calls....especially since I was hired they were complaining the older drivers were corrupting the girls? free poon, drugs and shorting the agency etc

Yeah I was afraid that the indy girls might be too hard to deal with? multiple stops...stops for drugs etc? too risky just takes one cop to pull you over-dont think the girls would be of much help?

Not sure I am gonna stick with it....I think they throw me the shitty calls, ones the senior guys wont take-in a month I got four calls...I may as well deliver pizza and make the same and be busy for 6 hrs.

The girls like me....respectful an I do care that they are safe, other than that the agencies wont let the girls request a driver-total BS
