Another Vette gone

Christ O friggen mighty when my neighbour starts up his vehicle, not a Vette by the way; but anyway when he starts it up you'd think it wasn't running for the last 5yrs or in -20 degree weather. Why the fukk does he need to warm the POS up for 20 min before he leaves?? 
Being a big V8 with an exhaust system this is fukkin annoying as all fukk.

P.S. added later. Looking at the pic again I see that the truck DOES have the lower bumper - yeowch.

They need the noise to compensate for other shortcomings. Had a neighbor like that with a Dodge diesel pickup. Let it run for at least 15 mins. every morning. A bunch of us got together and ask him to cease. He bought a new gas truck.
