Well, another newbie here for you veterans to guide. I've thoroughly enjoyed reading and catching up on the observations here. PERB is a gold mine of valuable info! I figure it's now time for me to start contributing. I've tried a few MPs with generally good results, and will provide some reviews soon. I'm now thinking of trying out some escs. Any advice on reliability of CL listings? I'm guessing about 70% of them are bogus, but I'm too green to figure stuff out (saw a reference in an earlier posting about "thugs and knives" in relation to CL -- what was that about???). And a dumb question -- are escs generally interested in older guys? I'm in my mid-40s. I'm hoping green stuff will help them forget my age! Anyway, thanks to all perbies for helping us along. Maybe I can help someone down the line...

tend to be receptive to older men because we are generally more respectful, less likley to bargain endlessly on the fee and don't need/want to simply pound the SP for the full hour. Bottom line, we are easier to deal with than the younger Guys. This is of course a generalization; however, it is basewd on hundred's of discussions I have had with SP's and their Bosses.
On the other hand, most of the SP's are younger and they are not likely attracted to us in the same way as a younger man who fits their attraction profile. From my research, I think most SP's favorite client age is about 10 years older than they are.

i have found that age does not seem to matter to most SP. if you are looking for a relationship age could come into play..but being here is a sure bet that you are not looking for a "relationship"..just a good friend. there are many good friends to be found here...as depicted in the posts above.

I find that if you go into a appointment well groomed, dressed nicely and with a good attitude that means more to them than your age allthough some do have age restrictions. You can always ask her if your age is going to be a problem but if you stick to SPs who are 10 years either side of your own age you'll have a better experience imo.
Other tips. . .
The ladies also appreciate trimming the thick underbrush down there (if you want them to spend some time there, duh) and using a lot of soap to make the place smell clean - you'll get better BJ's that way.
In addition, just be yourself - relax. Crack a few jokes (if appropriate). Find out what their interests are and if you have something to share - share it with them. There is nothing like a good conversation to set the mood towards more exciting activities. . .

Age isen't a issue, I personaly am fairly revolting and most girls can at least hold back the gag reflex long enough to pertend that I was so big they choked on it...
