Another Boeing aircraft with problems

This has been a longstanding issue with Boeing military aircraft, esp the tanker.
I met a guy from there who got in a similar situation to the guy at the end of the article.
He kept finding so much debris he wanted to bring the problem up with senior management. They wanted him to sign off on things he did not feel were safe, because their program was behind schedule. He thought putting things in emails would protect him. He got fired instead.
There are a bunch of guys from there on another board I’m on.
One said “I don’t recognize the place anymore”. All their values are gone, morale is shit, nobody cares about anything.

from a very close source in seattle the head office move has created an enormous shift in quality and pride of work for boeing seattle. sad really as this was a jewel for seattle business.

That sounds like a government worker. Using emails to cover his/her ass, and nothing gets done and the morale is shit....

Its no wonder the higher up people go, the more time they have to spend to cover their asses... Murphy's Law- everybody is promoted to their own level of incompetence.
