It seems someone sent an anonymous fax, claiming to represent "Housewives Against Prostitution in Richmond", to some media, city councillors, and the mayor of Richmond, informing them that the massage parlours they license offer more than just back rubs. Why would anyone make such fictional and malicious allegations?

Thanks Haywood. Actually the quote following Councillor Kennedy's quote was the best reply I've seen in a while...
