I don't usually post on this board but I figured I would give the same warning I did on the other board.

As many of you know this is a residential location and it was only a matter of time before neighbors got fed up of all the activity, well it would seem that day has arrived and a similar situation has happened here to what the place on ness experienced this year. Be warned and be careful out there gents.

I believe he is referring to the " Ness incident" where someone who left the establishment was pulled over shortly after by LE and questioned.

Beverly Hills. In the Kitchen eatin' vittles.
I know about the Ness Place and all the uproar n the neighborhood, etc.
That's why I asked him to elaborate. Are we dealing with another group of uptight disgruntled neighbourhood do gooders or is it for some other reason?
Cheers

Just curious, why would there be surveillance? Operating a business out of a house is a bylaw infraction. Big whoop. No LE involvement, seriously. Now, if there were illegals being held as sex slaves, or minors, sure. Then LE is there.

Is some bylaw enforcement officer going to bust down the door and slap you in cuffs for getting a massage in an unlicensed venue?

As to the "incident" at Ness, that's different. I believe there was an incident with a customer accosting a teenage girl on his way out, getting the locals uptight, and rightfully so. BUt as to what goes on inside, shouldn't be an issue.

That location obviously has a valid business permit, so they can't shut them down for that. As far as I see it, unless someone admits to having sex on the premises, (which to my knowledge is not happening there) which could give them probable cause to bust the door down to try catching patrons in the act, pretty much a non starter.

As for any lists they might compile, for what purpose? Unless someone inside lies about what is happening, and actually knows your name or license number, what is there to be concerned about?

I'm no lawyer, but if the police published a list of people going to a legitimate business, or even an illegitimate business, and insinuating that something illicit happened without any actual proof, man, there would be lawsuits.

Pulling a few guys over and putting a scare into them is probably the worst they can/will do. Even that is pretty bold, I'm not sure I'd answer any questions. Maybe a "Yes, officer, I availed myself of their fine hospitality and had a lovely relaxing massage. You should try it, you seem tense. No, I wasn't offered any illegal acts, nor am I aware of any taking place. Just had a massage. Is that illegal? No? OK, thanks, I have things to do. Buh Bye"

The reason I will avoid is the fact that she is'nt being discrete and is only a matter of time before people in the neighbourhood start complaining. The garage is opened when you arrive and leave, lets assume she see's eight customers a day,the garage gets opened more than a dozen times a day and the fact she books so close to appointments that people run into each other does'nt help matters. The only warning I feel should be given after booking two sessions is the fact she spends half your session on the phone and checking texts. Also, she provides an average massage with no teasing and a jackhammer finish. If only she could just leave her garage opened, stop answering calls and texting, booking to close, include teasing and not do a jackhammer finish, then I recommend a repeat, for now I say avoid, until she makes these changes.

So, you are displeased with her service, and you post this? Might I suggest growing a pair, and discussing your concerns with her, and not posting details of your visit behind your anonymous handle that could actually put her clients at risk?

If she is busy, she obviously is providing a customer service level that encourages repeat business. The fact that she might not be your favourite doesn't mean you should come on and post like this, causing her problems.

This is a review board,I simply stated what I experienced the two sessions I booked with her.In what way did I her put her clients at risk?
Why are you being a white knight,I simply stated what to expect when you book a session with her.
You can check my past reviews, I give an unbiased and balanced account of the sessions i've had with different massage providers.
I did offer advice on how she can improve her sessions in my review, you can pass the message to her.I've already had two lacklustre sessions and I'm not willing to book a third just to discuss my concerns with her. Also,I stated if she made those changes I will be willing to book again.

A few takeaways on this one. Its been a year now since the new laws have come into effect and there have been a grand total of zero of these MP's that have been busted and shut down, and for the most part other than some nuisance reports of some surveillance here and there, nothing more has occurred. So basically the police are content to leave things as is, but this is not to taken as a guarantee that it will remain this way.

The first real incident has been Ness which was due to the lack of intelligence of a single customer. But that generated an uproar in the neighborhood which resulted in the publicity and police interest. So what that tells us is that if the neighbors complain then the police will take notice.

So while it is to each of us to make our own decision to go or not go, the message day one has been that the police are not after the providers, they are after the people who purchase the services and so discretion should be practiced by us all. And while we can call bullshit when someone says that the police are watching so and so, just ask yourself the question how much of a risk am I willing to take.

To me this is a little odd. It's basically hearsay. Why wouldn't the person himself who,was supposedly stopped report on the board. How did you come to know about this judo?
I can't comment why someone should chose not to create a post here regarding this, but information was provided to me and since I have been here before I felt the need to create a post and potentially help others that have helped me. This post was not meant to create a great debate, just a note to caution, what people do with that information is entirely up to them and I respect everyone's opinion. I have not been here since as it's not worth the risk for me personally, nothing could come of it, but something could and I choose to minimize my risk and deal elsewhere.

The Neighbourhood Watch aspect seems to vary from place to place. Shu has been operating in a private house without any incidents that I've heard about. In fact, for at least a year, she even had a sign in the window advertising massage for $40 per hour. Any neighbour who wanted to stir shit could do so, as the house is on a busy corner on a residential street.

If Anne used the front door instead of the garage, would it attract as much attention?

Judo should elaborate on whether the problem was with just the neighbours or with LE.
