Next time it might be a good idea to discuss the tips/extras at the beginning of the session rather than after she got naked. In her defence, its not fair to say yes to a HJ and her getting naked, only to changing your mind once you hear the price.
That's kind of like telling a plumber to go ahead and fix your toilet and then once he arrives and hauls in all of his tools, telling him his fee is too much.
