Yes she allowed mutual touching but her panties were left on. She may have taken them off if I requested or paid more but for the flat rate half hour massage she left the panties on.

I would agree her service is very good, and she’s quite good looking. Her f/s rate is quite reasonable and not a clock watcher. Her English was good and she was engaged in the conversation which was nice.
