I tried to book with Angel but her responses were slow to me. I was patient with her texts but when the time came for me to reply she answered me in a rude way (I was away from my phone for about 10 min).What happened?
I basically booked the session and 30 min before the appointment I wanted to know the address to know where I am going and to have it confirmed. I usually ask for the address 30 minutes out to know how far the drive will be and as a way to confirm that I will in fact be there. She ignored my question and mentioned the amount (I already knew this earlier) and she thought the amount was too expensive for me. Granted I responded by letting her know that I felt it was too cheap (in a rude way).
I realize now that she has challenges being organized and can be very rude. I don't know if my response on Perb makes sense? Again this happened once before with her (I thought to give her another chance) and I was patient with her but I see from others she's got a lot to work on. Her sessions may be really good it's more so the way she communicates and the admin/soft skills (which is very important) that she needs help with.
I moved on but something to highlight for everyone else.
