circumcised vs uncircumcised..... (un)fortunately i have to experience through all this. i can say it really does change your sex life a lot, at least for myself. the feeling is like scrapping off the skin on your hand and having it like that for a long period of time. i've had mine 2 years back and nowadays it is still very sensitive especially after having an orgasm, or maybe it's just a sign i need to work out my "little buddy" a bit more, lol. anyways, the first week is basically the worst.....i remember my blue underwear turning into a pair of red underwear, yeah, not very fun. plus you have to keep changing the bandages/cloth, which is extremely painful of course and time consuming. once your penis is healed, at least for me, the more sensitive part isn't where is used to be, so you gotta adjust and find where it feels best.

on the bright side, it did make sex easier for me, prior to the circumcision, the foreskin was completely covering the penis, so it doesn't pull down, and if you tried, or be aggressive in sex, it does get a bit painful as well. there is also the odor problem, you just can't clean it no matter what you do, unless you're willing to brave the agony. and lastly, my doctor said that the foreskin tend to collect a lot of bacteria, obviously, so the chance of getting sick or any disease is significantly higher.

yep yep, enough of my ranting :D
The tendacy to have bacteria grow under the foreskin is why the Jews made it part of their religion to circumcise. A lot of the Jewish laws are to resolve problems that happen when medicine didn't really exist, there was no refrigeration, etc.

Before milk was refrigerated and pasturized, it would cause toxidity in meat that is only slightly off. Because pigs are very close to humans in their reaction to disease, pigs could pass disease more easily than other animals do to humans. There are also laws regarding the destruction of stored grain if it has been fouled by rodents.

These laws all came about because Jews observed that if a person didn't do certain things, they tended to live longer and be healthier.

The problem that I see with circumcision as a child is that you can't go back, once it's gone, it's gone for good, even restoration won't bring it back as it was. I do feel for those who have had to go under the knife in their adult years, and by all accounts if we stopped circumcising infants, there would be far more of these situations, but we need to remember one thing. We don't know how the child feels, and there is no way to accurately measure how a cut man feels compared to an uncut man, since there is no accurate frame of reference. So, I for one would rather not force someone who cannot choose for themselves down this one way street on the off chance that they MAY develop a problem later in life. Though I won't stop it on religious grounds.

As a comparison, more and more dentists are opting not to remove wisdom teeth unless a problem develops (impacted, cavities, etc.) since it is painful and unnecessary, like circumcision.

And incidently, I have read that woman (at least in Britain) prefer the feel of an uncut man.

I'm getting far too preachy... need to dial it down. Still seeking suggestions on the condom issue.

I'm uncircumsized and have never had this problem, so I'm quite puzzled about this inquiry.

Unless his dick looks like a Shar-pei, of course...

If that is how you feel good for you. Don't get your children circumcized, i really don't care. But thanks for not telling me what to do with my kids.

The problem is too many people try to equate their choices with what others do. Thats when it gets preachy.

The condom needs to move with the foreskin, or else it is down right painful, and this allows (with proper suction) the condom to come loose at the tip. It may happen during regualr intercourse more often than I am aware, but when I'm down there, I don't think about the condom much.
Think about the condom. I use Lifestyles (silver box) Thin (I think). I'm Uncut as well and I've had simmilar issues where it becomes loose towards the tip. I usually find a quick slide back into position solves the problem. I understand this may spoil a bit of mood but not so much as an STD.

If there is an issue with you touching the condom (SP preference) and she's not willing or capable to do a little readjustment you may want to reconsider your choice or perhaps a little training is in order. It took me a week to teach a girl how to put on a condom, both properly and with sexy style.

I won't even get into how long it took me to figure it out when I was 12.

As I said earlier in this thread, it's probably a condition called phimosis:

From hifisex:I assume (since thank christ I've never been in the situation) that having a cut dick would make jerking off a little more difficult.
Right on the money there (I think). I don't want to start something here (because I don't want some of the visuals [visible shudder]), but I definitely think that that is right, I'm not even sure how it would work cut (again, not a coiniseur of cock). To each his own though (pun kind of intended).
