If Samantha, herself, did not see the medical report how does she know it is for this particular person. So, no, I don't think she is obligated to give any information beyond what she did. Well like I said I don't know if she knows who this SP is or not? Her "client" Apparently told her he saw this SP's STD report and it came back positive...
