Dear Customers,

I have been sad to read that two of our ladies have not provided suitable service, and the amount of time agreed upon.

I have reviewed this with the staff, and they are to provide you with the session you have come for. 30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.

Also, I have dismissed 2 employees because of this.

You are very important to Oriental Geisha Spa. I am certain that you will be more pleased in the future.

Miumi, check your PM and see my post on the other board about my less than quality experience. Clearly you have your work cut out for you, but good on you for at least letting people know you are aware.

Service and quality is important. We also try to have fresh faces, good attitudes and new staff joining us. We plan to keep only the best.

I am sorry for your one experience, and we would make it up to you if you ever decide to visit.
