AMP Rates in Vancouver? Trying to understand the code.

Can anyone help me understand the codes people use in reviews for the rates charged at Asian Massage Parlours in Vancouver?
I'm new to these forums and your help would be appreciated.
In some reviews I see terms used like: 3 greens, 1 brown, $.4, $.6 - please explain.

What are the going rates at AMP's in the Greater Vancouver Area for full service 45mins and 60 mins?
I see some places charge for the room and then you pay a separate fee to the SP. I have to think that an all inclusive price that is quoted upfront is the best way to avoid getting ripped off.

The usual all-inclusive rate is $.40/45 minutes. Just ask for it when you first talk to the mama- or papa-San. Services offered may vary. Usually single shot on goal, CBJ, DATY, multiple positions, no Greek. Digits are usually YMMV.
