Mansion spa (more towards Cambie st but still downtown)

not much for the downtown scene as most of them seem to be between Kingsway , Cambie or going into Burnaby

Blue Ocean or are you thinking of Blue Water on Howe near Drake? I think there's another place in Davie half a block from Denman.

In addition to Mansion One on 7th a half block from Cambie there are 7 other places within 800 metres of Broadway-City Hall Skytrain Station; 606 Broadway, Miya & Rose's are on Broadway with Sole, 3003 Cambie, Gold Swan and Dragon Spa on Cambie between Broadway and 17th.

Looks like Blue Water has closed.

Leelawadee Thai Spa has a sign on the sidewalk saying they'll be opening soon. They are currently renovating the inside.

Do you think there's going to be extras available here? Or is this going to be a legit location?

No idea. I went to Blue Water maybe twice and not in at least 6 years. Never been to the place down at Davie and Denman. Just aware there was a place there.

I have been a regular at Roxanne's for many many (many) years Overall, very happy with the place. I AM intrigued by Blue Ocean on Davie (I live very close to both Blue Ocean and Roxanne's) but have yet to visit it. Anyone out there who has been to both Roxanne's and Blue Ocean with thoughts on the pros/cons of each? Why they might prefer one to the other? I am interested in checking out BlueOcean. Thanks guys

Thank you for the information, PerbBee. I sincerely hope that Cynthia, who was the mainstay of Blue Water for many years, has been able to move on and find a new and satisfying focus for her life. I only saw her a few times over the years, but she was my go-to whenever I visited Vancouver. I like her and I shall miss her if she is gone from the scene.
