Totally agree - she's basically in it for the money. Her menu is lame and she simply doesn't care about you. WOT/WOM.

i would not consider this a great response. In fact just the opposite. She's saying that a bad encounter is not her fault at all, and then she accuses someone of asking for bb services. that does suggest arrogance.
