Did you go check her out or are you basing that off of an image search? Because when I ran one, the pics came back as an SP in Alberta but at least they're real.

Basically, she (or whoever is posting the ads for that account) has changed the pics but kept all the same ad copy and even the link! Remember the hot pics of that Aussie SP (the pics linked back to an Australian agency site -- the Aussie SP who`s pics were lifted was even actually Asian despite the erslist ad advertising a Caucasian). There was an ad a while back at this link that I believe did have legit images but the name went through a couple of changes. If I remember correctly, I think one of the names was Chloe. I can`t recall the other one now. There was at least one or two decent (not overly glowing) reviews of her. But with the various name changes and possibly even a number change, who knows if you would even be meeting that lady that was previously reviewed.

Thanks for the extra detective work. I was holding out hope that this girl finally decided to use some real pics since her last set of pics were obviously fake (unless she has access to a travel portal). Nothing would be more concrete than a pooner who has actually seen her to give us the low down. But you're most likely right that she's a dud.
