I saw her once a few years ago and have never repeated. She answered the phone during the session even when I said to her it was not good practice to be answering calls during a session but her reply was she didn't want to miss anyone. I had told her that she would end up with more business not answering the phone during a session then actually interrupting a session. Her reply at that time was oh well and of course when it rang again she answered lol haven't been back since and have heard the same from others.
Now granted that was a few years ago maybe she has changed I can't say.
