I hope I'm not seen as being a jerk for relaying this story but I had to share. I've seen some ladies from the agencies in red Deer in the past and have been very disappointed so I have tried a couple of traveling ladies with good results.
I saw an ad on Craigslist in Red Deer for a lady named Malaysia. I thought she may be the one that had positive reviews here. I called the number and got a agency. They told me to go to the hotel and she would let me know the room number. I go to the room and a beautiful young lady answered. She seemed very nice and we sat down to discuss options. I indicated that I would be looking for a two hour session to which she replied that her services were 700/hr. With a stunned look I said that was more than I was willing to spend. She then asked what I was looking to spend but I knew it was time to leave.
I know I am at fault for not getting a cost before I went but am I wrong to think 700/hr is unreasonable? Without a doubt she is a knock out but I just can't see how that justifies that price. The traveling ladies from the cities (who have great reviews) that I have seen have prices half that.

The "well-reviewed" Malaysia works at Penthouse in Edmonton. Unless the girl you met happened to be a young, gorgeous Filipino girl, it's likely not her.

She was young, gorgeous and asian. Not sure if Filipino or not. There are pictures on craigs list but they are hard to tell if it is her or not.

Either she's one of those people who bluffs some ridiculous price to see who bites and negotiates her way down, or you misunderstood and she meant $700 for 2 hours which would make more sense.

Best advice... avoid CL like the plague.

I checked the Ad and it is indeed Malaysia from Edmonton who works at Penthouse. Unfortunately she is working for the 310-GIRL Escort Agecy and they are notorious for encouraging their SP's to ask ludicrous prices in the slim hope that they may get it.

Every SP has the right to ask whatever they want for the Service. You have the same right to decline to pay that much. Value for Money (VFM) is different for every PERBert. Personally I have seen her several times on Outcalls ranging from $250 to $300 and she did not try to upsell. I think your treatment was a direct result of her working for 310-GIRL.

Better luck next time and I suggest that you save yourself the hassel by asking upfront and not making the trip. Discussing fee for services on the phone is not public solicitation and the Agenices should know the Law.

I agree with trawler...I have also seen Malaysia several times in an outcall situation and never had that type of experience that you describe but definitely in line with trawlers....other forces had to be at work.

I think it is best that I speak for myself on this situation...because of course it was me who was there and working through that paticular agency.

This paticular agency DOES encourage their ladies to charge certain prices, and will fire anyone who does not stay within those ranges. So of course, like working in the studio I charge what is deemed reasonable by management and the norm of the other ladies. If I were independant, prices would be different, especially when I do know and have charged to clients what I believe is fair.

With this being said, I do not apologize for stating the rate that I did. That is the rate I receive out of town, and I understand not everyone may think that that is reasonable. I have offered outcalls in the past within Edmonton at special rates to special clients.

What is deemed a "special client"? Someone who I feel utterly comfortable with and have entertained for in the past. So of course, I feel they are entitled to special treament.

Please understand, I normally work in Edmonton and have been for the last 2 and some years. I have never been one to overcharge or "rip" off a client, and certainly always unrushed. Those quoted rates are reflectant on location, hotel costs, 24 hour service, agency fees, driver fees, etc...

I am sorry we did not get a chance to connect, if you are ever in Edmonton, please feel free to stop by. Standard studio rates apply.

As well, please be advised I will not be working through that agency any longer. There are many practises that have gone down with that agency that are certainly not professional, and otherwise illegal. I will be starting independantly very shortly, and you can be assured rates will not be inflated because essentially there are no "agency" fees to pay out.

Glad everyone's happy and worked it out It's unfortunate though that this agency tries to quote such a high price in hopes that they find someone willing to pay it. It opens the door to haggling over rates, and if the girls and studios don't care for negotiating, they should realize behaviour like this only encourages it.
