Most of the Nguyens do not do bbbj. You can't pay extra or upgrade either. They play safe. And when I say most, I mean the only one who did no longer is a Nguyen.

It's always YMMV it's easier for them to say CBJ upfront and then you get a BBBJ vs them promising BBBJ upfront and then you end up getting a CBJ.
