Alexus gets it!!
Most girls take the money and say thanks sucker! But Alexus understands what the business is about. In the first 2 minutes i could see that it was all about the customer is number one. Exceptional service = repeat business.
I could see she was a little stressed because her day was not the best. But she put all that aside immediately and made me her number one priority!

She's smart and great to talk to and has her priorities correct so you know her money isn't wasted, which makes a difference to me.
