Pictures are fake (a collage of pornstars). And the ad reminds me a little bit of Mistress Roberta (similar language and same demanding tone). I wonder if the reporting of Mistress Roberta's ad finally payed off and "she" had to move on to a different name. I would be careful (actually, I myself wouldn't even consider it!).
