I texted with her quite a lot when I first saw the ad. She's a refugee from Ukraine and has bounced around various Airbnbs etc a lot. The first location she sent me for incall was some luxury house in Richmond which must have been $4million. That set off red flags so I pressed her about it. Turned out she was just renting the basement suite and actually sent me Airbnb booking confirmation page to prove it.
I have no doubt that she's real, she's also quite polite and sweet when texting. However I haven't gone based on what the other now removed review said, vanilla/lack of interesting services, l also think her rates aren't great for a new provider with no reputation or reviews.
