Are there any agencies like ISHQ or the Kitten Club in Van anymore? Ideally the type where you walk in and are greeted by a number of women to choose from? Any recommendations would be great

The only one I know of is Spa S at 540 Pender.

It's owned by the same people as Kitten Club and Carmen Fox (as well as the "suites")

Downside is the rooms are so dark it's hard to see the girl
