I just called looking or inquiring about booking an appointment. I couldn't believe the tone of voice or how rude the receptionist was. Unbelievable!
I only asked for rates and availability of girls and the attitude I received was she had better things to do than take a call.

Ditto - when I enquired if a certain's girls GFE included certain things, I was told nothing is discussed. LOL. This isn't fucking communist China.

Wish I knew about this board before using this pathetic agency. They are advertisers here but always lock their thread. Guess they don't want the word out on how bad they are. At least some of the other agencies respond to customer's concerns.

You guys are right about the receptionist, no sense of customer service at all, but on the other hand, she really isn't natually suited for it, so the agency should get someone else on the phones.
I've seen Kylie twice before she worked for this agency, and I must say, she was one of the best experiences I've ever had.

I'm guessing you saw Kylie when she was with VRZ? As you know VRZ has a more open menu, so anyone with them tends to offer real-GFE. Probably why she left, so she can go back to doing more conservative 'work' hehehe.
BBBJ was the norm with her at VRZ, but I doubt the other stuff was ever available. I could be wrong.

You're right, I did see Kylie when she was at VRZ. Her bbbj was great, but only for 4-5 minutes the on the first visit, and maybe 7-8 minutes the second time I saw her. I agree, she probably doesn't offer it these days. But wow, I love her enhanced rack and she has a long pair of sexy legs.

Receptionist & customer service
Sorry AMG, I'd have to throw my lot in with the others on the service - the receptionist can be rude, and at times for no apparent reason.
AMG offers absolute beauty, so the basic ingredient for success is there. And it's only natural for the manager to jump to their staff's defence. That's a good quality in a boss! But the audience on here is pretty seasoned - the Peter Norths of the world don't piss people off for no reason - listen to them too - because their comments offer a path to improving After Midnight Girls and making it more successful.
Think of it this way - a good rep on perb will lead to a substantial increase in business. Show openness to the problem, then tell how it's going to be fixed. The incall is a great first step. A better answering service/receptionist and better menu guidelines will help build a better rep too. Then we'll all read the fab reviews about After Midnight!

I know this thread is almost a year old, but I am goiing to add my two cents here.
AMG, I met one of my ATFs when she worked with AMG, and we saw each other often after she left you. Those who know my posts know who I am talking about.
I also made an appointment with Sugar who was a complete WOT and $. She complained of being in pain and suffering from a yeast infection. WTF? Why did she accept the appt if she couldn't do the deed? In addition, she was more than an hour late, and was given the wrong address.
In addition, you appear to keep girls on your website who no longer work for you. Jamie and Shanna are two examples. I have called numerous times to set up an appt with one of them, and am always told they are not working that night. In spite of being asked to be advised when they are next working, I have never rcvd a call back. I will no longer waste my time looking through your website because it is unreliable.
So, in spite of my luck with my first try with AMG, my own negative experience, and the combined negative experiences of others on here, it will be long time before I call your company again. "Never is a long time."
You may get enough calls for those who do not know enough that you don't care about the sagging reputation of AMG. However, there are collective complaints about your service here. If you want to be # 1 in Vancouver, listen to us and make real changes.
My first recommendation is to take our complaints seriously, and when rcvd, make an offer to the client that will make him happy to do business with you again... maybe a free session, or a session at a significant discount. Your competition does just that.
