LavaLife is the way to go
From personal experience, as well as the experience of a couple of buddies of mine, LavaLife, the Intimate Encounters section is the way to go. Easy to use format, plenty of local women, video chat (so you can see who you're actually talking to- kind of a cool idea) and easily set search settings.
That would be my recommendation.
Either that or Tiffany at the Fox Den, at least you know she's hot, and a sure thing
