Punterlink.com is the site most similar to PERB, I believe.
I would also throw up an ad on Eros.com
Captain 69 is also a very heavily used site in the UK, but I don't think there are many advertising options for touring SPs aside from random banner ads. From past experience, the majority of escorting in London is set up through agencies.
I'm not sure what your restrictions are, but just so you know there are much higher expectations from clients for uncovered oral services in London and the UK than in Vancouver. If you're a "safe-GFE" practitioner you should probably note it in your ads.
